Traditional and Adaptive Adult Martial Arts

Utilizing a traditional class format, adults will benefit from the opportunity to build better fitness as well as learn self defense techniques. Adult students work at their own pace, setting  goals with Sensei.

Self defense techniques including ground fighting and joint locking will be offered. Through the practice and study of kata, adult students practice and build their skill and techniques.

Students are welcome to BUILD their fitness level and are not expected to be a high caliber athlete to participate. Older students with physical restrictions are encouraged to find their way to personal health and fitness through our adaptive martial arts program.
