PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE NEXT CLASS. MINIMUM OF 6 STUDENTS PER CLASS. This is a class of diversity! From the out of shape to the athlete and  the beginner to the black belt! The common denominator is women and teens helping each other to overcome their fitness hangups. Using martial arts as a base, this class will work cardio, stretching and toning, strength building, balance and even self defense!
